Note also in order for the on-line DNS Expert tool to extract detailed information from your external DNS domain, the following conditions need to be satisfied:

• Incoming TCP and UDP packets from outside your network must be allowed in your firewall rules for the DNS service port (port 53)
• Zone transfers need to be allowed. If your security policies do not allow this, consider allowing zone transfers temporarily for the purposes of running this healthcheck from the Men & Mice Analyzing Service IP address only. Currently this address is 217.151.171.34
